Work Injury Care, 24 Hours a Day
Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. After hours and on weekends, our on-call line is staffed 24 hours a day. Please call before sending any employee to the clinic.
Services Available After Hours
- Initial treatment of a work-related injury or illness
- Post-accident drug and alcohol screening
- Reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol screening
How an After-Hours Visit Works
- Call the on-call line first. The employer's authorizing contact calls (661) 345-8734 before the employee is sent.
- Use the east-end entrance. You may be directed to the east-end entrance at 5300 California Avenue, Suite 105, Bakersfield. The glass door shows the clinic name and is locked after hours, so knock or call the on-call number to be let in.
- Keep us updated. If the employee's arrival time changes, call the on-call staff member right away. If the employee does not arrive, our staff will contact the authorizing person about 20 minutes after the scheduled time.
